SevenOne International Sells “Love Bites” to Greek Station Antenna

Munich, August 24, 2008. The dating show “Love Bites” will premiere today on Greek channel Antenna. “Love Bites” and will be airing daily at 7:00 p.m.. Under the motto “men cook, women decide” the dating show accompanies a single young woman for one week to four blind dates with men who have the chance to take her heart by cooking a romantic three course menu. At the end of one week it’s her turn to cook for the four gentlemen eliminating one of them during each course. The man who wins her heart during dessert also gets to take her on a prize trip. Taken from an alternative perspective in Greece - “traditionally women cook and men decide” - some of the episodes have a very amusing change in the cast balance!

Jens Richter, Managing Director of SevenOne International: “’Love Bites’ is great daily feel-good entertainment. We’re positive that Greek viewers will enjoy this culinary search for the perfect match, not to mention the men trying to win a woman’s heart through her stomach.”

Nick Kalis, Head of Entertainment Antenna: “’Love Bites’ is a great new format that combines cooking and dating in an amusing, fresh and entertaining way. The show fits perfectly with our programming strategy and we believe it will really resonate well with the audience. We're confident that ‘Love Bites’ will become an integral part of the Greek audiences daily viewing."

Love Bites
In ProSieben’s ”Love Bites” (produced by blue eyes, original title: “Liebe isst…”), every week, four male candidates have to prove their culinary skills to win over one lucky lady. Each day, one of them tries to convince her with a 3-course-menu and his charm - at the end of the week, the female candidate must decide which one of the single men has cooked his way into her heart.
