SevenOne International: “The Successor – The next Uri Geller” to Air on Greek Broadcaster ANT1
   
   
Munich, October 13, 2009. At 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, the Greek version of “The Successor – The next Uri Geller” with worldfamous mystifier Uri Geller is going to air live on ANT1. The Greek private network has picked up the rights to produce a local version of
the international smash hit. The talent show is marketed worldwide by SevenOne International, the distribution company of ProSiebenSat.1.

“Ο διάδοχος του Uri Geller” (produced by ENA PRODUCTIONS) will be hosted by Christos Feredinos, one of the most popular and successful Greek TV presenters.

The Successor
“The Successor” is developed by Keshet Broadcasting, Kuperman Productions & Uri Geller and has been on air worldwide, including the US (NBC), Canada (CTV), Iceland (365), Turkey (Star TV), Hungary (TV 2), the Netherlands (SBS 6) and all over Latin America (A&E). The talent show premiered in 2007 internationally as “Phenomenon” on NBC. Originally, the format came from Israel, where the TV station Keshet earned an average market share of 50 percent with the search for Uri Geller’s successor in 2006 - the highest audience share of any TV show in the history of Israeli TV.
